If you are going for a specific knot, say so when you book — deep tissue and relaxation are different techniques and are not swapped mid-session. Avoid eating right before. If you are pregnant, have a recent injury or take blood thinners, mention it before the appointment.

Sixty for one area or a general once-over. Ninety if you want back, neck and legs in the same session without the therapist rushing.
Should deep tissue hurt?
It can be uncomfortable over tight spots, but it should not hurt. Say so at the time and the therapist will ease off.
Do I need to create an account?
No. No account and no app. You leave your name and a phone number or an email, and that is it.
Are the times I see genuinely free?
Yes. They are read from the business’s own calendar as the page loads, and we hold the time for a few minutes while you fill in your details.
How do I change or cancel?
With the link in the confirmation email or text. Each business sets its own free-cancellation window, and you see it before you confirm.
What does it cost to book here?
Nothing. We charge nothing to the person booking, and we take no commission from the business on the booking either.
What happens to my details?
They go to the business you are booking with, and are used for that appointment. Every page links its own business’s privacy policy. All hosted in the EU.
What if the business I want is not here?
Tell them: any business can create its own booking page for free, in an afternoon.
