A first therapy session is an assessment and usually runs 50 to 60 minutes, the same as the ones after it. Weekly or fortnightly is the normal rhythm at the start, spacing out as things progress. For nutrition, the first consultation covers history and measurements and runs a little longer — come with a rough idea of what you eat in a normal week. Many practitioners also work remotely, so ask if you would prefer that.

Many practitioners offer remote sessions at the same length and price. Ask when you book.
Do I need to create an account?
No. No account and no app. You leave your name and a phone number or an email, and that is it.
Are the times I see genuinely free?
Yes. They are read from the business’s own calendar as the page loads, and we hold the time for a few minutes while you fill in your details.
How do I change or cancel?
With the link in the confirmation email or text. Each business sets its own free-cancellation window, and you see it before you confirm.
What does it cost to book here?
Nothing. We charge nothing to the person booking, and we take no commission from the business on the booking either.
What happens to my details?
They go to the business you are booking with, and are used for that appointment. Every page links its own business’s privacy policy. All hosted in the EU.
What if the business I want is not here?
Tell them: any business can create its own booking page for free, in an afternoon.
