A full eye test takes 20 to 30 minutes and is free at many opticians if you buy glasses afterwards. Bring your current glasses and, if you wear them, your contact lenses and their box. For phone repairs, ask whether the part is original and what warranty comes with it — those two answers are what separate one quote from another. A screen is usually same-day and a battery under an hour.

At many opticians it is free if you buy glasses there. Confirm when you book, because it is not universal.
How long does a screen replacement take?
Usually same day, often one to two hours if the part is in stock. Ask what warranty the part carries.
Do I need to create an account?
No. No account and no app. You leave your name and a phone number or an email, and that is it.
Are the times I see genuinely free?
Yes. They are read from the business’s own calendar as the page loads, and we hold the time for a few minutes while you fill in your details.
How do I change or cancel?
With the link in the confirmation email or text. Each business sets its own free-cancellation window, and you see it before you confirm.
What does it cost to book here?
Nothing. We charge nothing to the person booking, and we take no commission from the business on the booking either.
What happens to my details?
They go to the business you are booking with, and are used for that appointment. Every page links its own business’s privacy policy. All hosted in the EU.
What if the business I want is not here?
Tell them: any business can create its own booking page for free, in an afternoon.
