What to expect
A first physio session usually runs longer because it includes an assessment — 45 to 60 minutes against 30 to 45 for follow-ups. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring any scans or letters even if they are old. You do not need a GP referral to see a private physiotherapist. Ask at the outset how many sessions they expect, because it is almost never one.

Not to see a private physiotherapist. If you have one, bring it — it shortens the assessment.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the injury, but rarely one. Ask for an estimate at the first visit and review it after three or four.
Do I need to create an account?
No. No account and no app. You leave your name and a phone number or an email, and that is it.
Are the times I see genuinely free?
Yes. They are read from the business’s own calendar as the page loads, and we hold the time for a few minutes while you fill in your details.
How do I change or cancel?
With the link in the confirmation email or text. Each business sets its own free-cancellation window, and you see it before you confirm.
What does it cost to book here?
Nothing. We charge nothing to the person booking, and we take no commission from the business on the booking either.
What happens to my details?
They go to the business you are booking with, and are used for that appointment. Every page links its own business’s privacy policy. All hosted in the EU.
What if the business I want is not here?
Tell them: any business can create its own booking page for free, in an afternoon.
